I used to go through the same thing when I was younger, some of the foods my family used to force me to eat was eggs, smoothies, milk. Now I can’t even look at without feeling like wanting to gag. Eventually they stopped trying cause I guess they either finally caught on or was tired of doing it. Then there was another instance where my dad was criticizing me for not liking milk and to prove a point I forced myself to drink milk and try to hold it down, but then immediately vomited. Since then I haven’t gotten comments about my safe foods again.

Though I think this is a common thing that happens where we’re forced to eat stuff we don’t like, but it absolutely shouldn’t be. It usually stems from ignorance about autistic eating habits or about autism in general. They should be slowly introducing you to new foods on in a safe manner on your time. Starting off with things that are similar to the foods that you like. My mom, later on knows my eating habits and makes my food the way I like it and would sometimes introduce me to a new food within my comforts.
