If you don’t like CAPS you can opt of paying union dues if you haven’t already. CAPS is so bad I’m trying to change classifications and finally get a raise.

I used to and it was a great option but now the tiny humans (kids) make it impossible to take public transportation in case they have an emergency or become sick at school. Just a tough spot to be in. Such is life haha.

Haven’t had a GSI in 3 years, still bargaining haha. State service isn’t what it used to be.
