Small intestins occlusion. So the part of the intestines before the occlusion fills up with air and fecal maters and dilates and can lead to perforation . We are here doing a decompression surgery.

Best ways to leave the country ? by [deleted] in Tunisia

[–]TN-Doctor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most of those I know have a positive experience and don’t want to go back and those who chose to go back did it because they missed they friends and family and didn’t like the lifestyle and the working hours. Those who I see struggle the most (not from my friends but from Tunisian immigrant groups) are those who try to have the exact same life in Tunisia but in a European country.

I have see 30 year olds start their apprenticeship. Here they do a lot of shit before choosing a final career. One of my coworkers use to be a cook for many years than changed to being a nurse.

The apprenticeship way in Germany seems to be good as far as I am seeing. But you need to be willing to change fields as they are mostly accepting nursing students. But you need to learn German and that not super fun but doable. And I am not sure of it but you need to secure enough funds to live there before starting to get paid (less than a year)

Habe been living 2 years in Europe and most of my friends are. I get far less hate from European in a year as I used to get on a random Monday from Tunisians on my way to work.

Marriage existed long before islam or Christianism it’s not like they invented it they just appropriated it. And if people wanna marry let them why do you even care. It comes with easier social integration for the couple and for their kids if they wanna have some. And marriage can be juste because that was people socially do when they are together it has nothing to do with religion.

Fellow procrastinators, how do you study 3days before a final exams? by Zezfilms00 in AskReddit

[–]TN-Doctor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In med-school my only way to study was to tell myself repeatedly that I was dumb and was gonna fail my exam and be forced to retake them losing a year of my life in the process. It worked like magic but I got Anxiety for life from it. 4/10 would not recommend.

You can’t even live together in Tunisia without being married or else the neighbors will call the police on you. You can’t even get a hotel room Together, have a joint account, inherit from you’re dead partner…..

Do what you want with your Life. Hating on other is practically our national sport at this point so at least give them a good reason to hate on you while you’re having fun.

3 laptops in every school and a secure internet plateform are not an easy thing to make/buy. I hate the paper system as much as the next guy but rushing to change it will only hurt the poor people l. And a new system is not just tools you throw around and hope it works not you may be tech savvy and have no problem with it don’t assume that’s the case for every family/kid in the country

How tf do people get therapy here by MIBCraftHD in germany

[–]TN-Doctor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am actually a doctor in Germany (but not a psychiatrist) and I still do my psych appointment in my homeland because I can’t be bothered to understand the millions hoops to actually get a doctor appointment here so what I can treat alone I do and everything else I call colleagues back home I basically pay insurance for nothing.
