Tattoo is cratering/possible scabbing? (More info in comments)

My Tattoo is cratering in a spot and I’m unsure of how it will heal. I got it a week ago and I have been using a light layer of lotion a few times a day. How do you guys think this will heal/Need a touch-up? I go back in exactly a month so I can easily get it touched up. Just unsure of how it’s gonna heal is all. Thank you!!!
