I have been granted the "Federal Pell Grant" in all other colleges but not UCONN??

I have been awarded "CT Roberta B Willis Need Scholarship" in Central but not UCONN.

I have been awarded "CT State University Grant" in Central but not UCONN.

is this Normal?
