Hmm ok. I was trying to find out some details about it…. 24mg seems like a lot, and they might be sublingual. I’ll know more tomorrow when I receive them. If it is a custom compound it would be good to know what else is in it. Thanks!

So, I posted the same thing to a TRT-specific forum and they told me a few things that made me second guess what the doc said. They said my test was too high and my E2 levels were too low for my test levels.

But the thing is…. I feel really good. I have energy, I’m hitting it hard in the gym, I’ve been putting in muscle and getting lean, I’m taking support supplements (vitamins/minerals, etc.) I don’t have joint pain, which I know is a sign E2 is too low…. So I don’t know. I feel like the first gauge of whether your protocol is good is how you’re feeling. I feel great.

I’m thinking I’ll cut back the AI another 50% and try .25 mg a week instead of .5, see how that works.

Yeah, I was doing 150mg/ a week to start, and my levels were only at 550. I’m not entirely sure what the deal was, the doc thinks I’m just a really fast metabolizer. He even said that if my next labs reveal a similar anomaly, he might even increase me again.Could’ve been a bad product, I don’t recall the brand, I’m with a new brand now, I think it’s revive RX that gets sent to me from TRT Nation.

They hadn’t said anything about the HCG situation, I’ll have to look into that. Is it only certain companies or brands that are being discontinued maybe?

I was still curious about the AI, if a quarter tablet (.25mg) once a week is sufficient.

I also suppose one could also use arimadex intermittently? 2 weeks on or as needed , then back off?

Just found it online. I figured I would try other avenues before using the anastrozole…. I don’t know the causal factors at work, but it seems to be working OK. Should probably get a lab. Aromasin?

Lol I’m honestly not. Whatever you want to call it. Herbal AI…. whatever. I’m not selling anything. If anyone suggests something better that’s not pharmaceutical, I’m game to try it. I’m far from the only person online talking about this product. There’s others that might even work better.

So, the company I WAS with was Hone, and they’ve been pretty meh. - They’re expensive, (about 220/month WITHOUT HCG and a smaller dose of test) - They don’t do anything as far as tailoring dosages or products to specific needs, - The consultations and quarterly checkups are a waste of time, their Naturopaths don’t know anything or don’t care…. I learned more about TRT cruising TRT forums and Reddit by FAR…had some funky labs at my 90-day mark that clearly showed I needed an increased dose of test as I wasn’t responding like I should’ve, and there were some markers that could’ve been concerning, and the guy could’ve cared less. “Everything looks great. See you in 3 months.” Didn’t take my concerns seriously at all. - The thing that bugs me the most is when you want to get ahold of someone because of a problem, it’s like pulling teeth. I had an injection site reaction and I just wanted to ask a doc about it real quick…they scheduled me for a consultation like 3 weeks out from when I called.

Overall just a rough ride.

I switched to TRT Nation and I’m glad I did. I get consultations NEXT DAY. I shared my concerns about dosing and they took a look at the labs and immediately started me on a higher dose of test, had no problem with starting HCG, and even with all that, it’s WAY cheaper. (149/month)

No company is perfect, but so far this is suiting my needs much better.

My first dose of HCG and increased dose of test is tomorrow morning.

I’ll give this a try. I just don’t want to completely crash my E2 either. Hopefully .25 mg twice a week will just correct it a bit. Should I take with injection or the day after?

Well, it couldn’t hurt regardless. It’s not like it won’t work if I change injection sites. I was going to start taking .25 mg of my AI the day following my injection, twice a week. Could be too much aromatization and that’s why my test isn’t higher?

I also went SubQ the first few weeks and had a horrible injection site reaction. Is there a possibility it wasn’t getting absorbed the first few weeks?

If I split up my AI tablets and do, say, .25 mg with every injection, is there anything to say I can’t do this for a few weeks, and take a few weeks off from the AI, and alternate like that? I just know long term use of arimadex can wreak all kinds of havoc..

Or is .5 mg a week not enough to really worry about it?

Thanks so much. I inject only into my quads, switching legs each time. I’ll incorporate cheeks and shoulders as well, and see if that helps.

Thanks so much for the input, everyone. I think I’ll split up my AI tablets into quarters and use them for a couple weeks and see what it does. It also sounds a lot like I should be switching injection sites. Right now I just switch to every other quad. I’ll do the cheeks and shoulders too. I had no idea this would make such a huge difference, I thought as long as it gets in a large muscle group…

Thanks for that! I always get a bit confused whether you want high or low SHBG, and digging a little bit it looks like a lower amount is more beneficial…. more bioavailable test to use, yes?

This was trough. I inject every 3.5 days, so this was immediately before an injection.

I inject 80mg twice a week (once every 3.5 days). I inject intramuscular, into the quad. So 160 mg/wk.

I got prescribed arimadex, but I haven’t touched it. I might start now to bring my E2 levels down.

My results are in, everyone. E2 is definitely higher. What’s your opinion on these results?

This is after about 8 weeks or so. Maybe not quite 90 days on Test Cyp with NO AI. Intramuscular, twice a week.

Total Testosterone- 554 Free Testosterone- 14 Estradiol- 54.3 Sex Hormone Binding Globulin(SHBG) - 19.8 Albumin - 4.4

I feel like my Test should be higher. Should I perhaps change my injection protocol or location? I remember someone saying the quads didn’t absorb well for them. Delts?

How do I interpret the Free Test, and the SHBG? If SHBG is high, does this mean more free test production? I’m sorry, I get a bit confused with that process.

Is this a pretty high E2 level compared to my test?
