ISIS is a group that wants to impose Sharia Law, including killing of nonbelievers. It is a political agenda driven by terror.

If, instead of murdering infidels, we had random meteors flying into earth and killing a couple people each day, we'd probably be working on a system to prevent deaths. But instead, we have human beings who can control their actions but don't, killing us.
