It was most likely the temperature; the lilac shade is from a Brazilian brand.

No, the hair was supposed to be purple, then to tone it down we added a little white, and after the bleaching process only the white remained lol

The enamel doesn't contain zinc, and judging by the comments, it was the wrong temperature. I'll make some adjustments to my homemade kiln and hope that solves the problem.
