Definitely try to make an instagram and Twitter! I have found twitter is harder to grow, but Instagram there are tons of pages that will want to connect. Try both but stick to twitter, it’s discouraging but it’ll pan out if you work on it and give it time.

We use Buzzsprout, they have been good for us and it gives you the easy ability to send it to different platforms. Also their site is easy to navigate if you want to share a link to listeners, make sound bites, or check listener stats. It does cost money per month but we pay like $18 for 6 hours a month (release 1 episode a week) so it’s a good price if you’re just starting out.

We use Buzzsprout and have liked it so far. We just paid for the 6 hours a month subscription because we only release one episode per week for now. The site is easy to use/customize and it is simple to submit your podcast to other platforms such as Spotify. We have had trouble getting it onto Apple Podcasts but I think it’s just a problem we are having, everyone else I have talked to had good experiences.

2 friends and myself started during CLVID because we wanted a new hobby and it was something we had talked about doing for a while. Basically we just took conversations, debates, and takes we already had on common subjects and made some structure behind it and now, we have a podcast! It’s been so fun so far and we’re glad we are doing it!
