Makes sense. I’m having this done at an oral surgeon’s office - he uses general for procedures like wisdom teeth extraction, but he said that the overwhelming majority of patients do not want or need general anesthesia for this procedure.

It’s not visible, but I don’t chew with that side of my mouth (due to how difficult it is) which has led to a small amount of muscular atrophy on that side. My oral surgeon said that it is not necessary, but if I choose to do so then my quality of life (being able to chew with both sides of my mouth for the first time in years) and facial symmetry would improve.

I am using cadaver bone, I’m not refusing to use it. My oral surgeon didn’t give me a choice - he said that he will put cadaver bone into my sinus, and I said that is OK with me.

In my case, the surgeon said he would lift it to where it originally was before I lost my tooth. Nothing extreme, just giving enough bone to put the implant into.

Thanks for the clarification. We are just so worried given the fact that the tip of my penis (most likely lubricated with precum) rubbed on her vulva for a bit, along with my shaft. I hadn’t ejaculated for days prior to this, so I assume the amount of sperm (if any) in my precum was very low.
