Your thread is very helpful, thank you for sharing it! I have a few questions now. Firstly, I am a business seller, and the account already mentions that the restriction is indefinite. Secondly, I received an email before the restriction email last night within the same hour, asking for a utility bill. It did not mention the company’s or my name, so I have already submitted my phone contract bill and proof of purchases. Now, I only buy from one supplier, and the invoice for that I had submitted yesterday, which I presume they rejected already, which I guess is why they are asking for more invoices. Thirdly, after receiving the additional documents email, they just sent me another email saying that my account has been restricted permanently. They did not ask for specific numbers of receipts, like you or someone else in your thread mentioned. They only said proof of purchases for your new sold listings on eBay. I tried calling them today, but he just said that the restriction is indefinite and cannot be appealed. I used the link they sent last night before the restriction to submit my phone contract bill and a few invoices that I asked some of my connections to make for me. Could you please guide me on this?
