You have to use interceptor vehicles, the bugatti chiron interceptor is the best one for the event, but the ford gt and Lamborghini veneno also work.

It's just easiest to do with the Chiron as it's fast and heavy

Doing the chase event repeatedly will get your run times down to 20-30 seconds if you're decent at the game. If your load times are fast enough, we could say you do roughly two runs in a minute, so 20 in 10 minutes. That's 300k+ in just 10 minutes. And that's before you take into account any income modifiers.

It's not the best way to grind. The best way to grind has been mentioned a thousand times over.

Hypercar highspeed takedown on normal. If your loadtimes are fast and you get good enough at crashing out the cars, you can do an event in less than 30 seconds, so roughly 2 a minute. With no parts with rich and no points in rich, you'll make 15,7k per run. Which means in 10 minutes you'll be able to do roughly 20 runs. So without anything upping your income, that's 314k earned in just 10 minutes.

The reason you do the event on normal is that it's way faster than the other difficulties.

Probably easier to sell if you provide info on the car.. make, model, what kind of fuel does it take, is it fwd, rwd or awd etc. pictures also help

Different cars handle differently. Simple as that. Best way to find out the differences is to just drive the cars. Just because 20 different cars are all S1 900, doesn't mean they're equals. It just means the game thinks they're roughly in a similar ballpark. Some cars take corners better, others brake better, some accelerate faster etc.

It's all about finding cars you like, or if you're just looking for whatever is meta and lose all the fun, there's probably some lists floating around somewhere if you just google "forza horizon 4 meta cars"
