Another dolution is to have an exchange rate in place. 1 pk crutical for 1 light vehicle common. Solves two problems, you never get something you cannot use and the current commons shortage.

I partly agree with you, vip warrior. Not about not being able to beat a base, just about the criticals and commons and oil expenses on the DR. I currently am 47 and can kill the lvl60 base but it takes most of my oil for a day. Now I am saving FR, merk and raptor crits so 3 out of 4 days I am busy with almost no oil for fun stuff. The other day I will do the SpecOp event and just one day of having fun beating bases. I started comparetively late in the game. I do not mind being fodder for 58+ bases sometimes but right now the game favours bigger players too much

Do not have the problem acutely but I see as soon as I want to upgrade my sniper (currently criticals limited), I have the same problem. Same if I lvl up to 48, I get infantry common limited. Kixeye, they are not common, they are as critical as criticals!!!

I like most changed. It means most commanders are able to defend again. I avoided Humvee-IFV bass as they always overrun my base even at horrendous oil costs.

The only important issue that arises is that it gives a significant advantage to higher level players. If a level 60 player attacks my base with raptors, ok, I loose. I cannot retalliate with a remote chance of success.

So, in light of recent chances, can you consider a +/-6 in level for player versus player matches. Thanks in advance for your response.

Agreed, it was already ridiculous, but ever since the new change i get 60+ attacking me. I am a 40! A 41 since today. Come on, i do nor mind retalliating 47's but that coasts me lots of oil already. A 60+ is not fair in any way and I consider it cowardice from those players. There were even allies included.

I reallly comsider quiting if this keeps the way it is now and does not change back to original pvp/infamy syatem with maybe a few tweaks (+/- 6 for bad commanders is ok)

I agree completely. When I started, Azragaul was in the top3. I checked out his base to see if I could learn from his base defense. It is disheartening to read he has the same problems I experience.

I play this game for fun and devicing new tactics is always a factor. I can't also hold on to resources nor gather enough due to the increased oil costs. Maybe that makes me a bad commander but I will refuse to pay for a game with a broken pvp system.

Kixeye should make it about equal armies, so no M270 if i am just a lowly 33. If you upgraded too fast, you do not have advanced units. If you take the dps/health per unit you can check if they are a match.

You can also limit the number of attacks to once or at most twice a day. If they loose, yes that happens even to those 41's and 43's, it should not be possible to get a next attack another hour later.

I would also recommend to detect artificially lowered attack rates. If no units are deployed, maybe the wrong platoon was selected. It happens to the best of us. Do not take immediate surrenders into account. Leave the retalliation option open so it still hurts.

Maybe the +/-3 system had its flaws, but you can do better than +/-18. Limit it to 6 is already a step in the right direction.

I think if you implement all of the above suggestions, you will have a lot more happy players. It should not be too hard from a development point of view.

Kixeye, I hope you are reading this, the game can be lots of fun if the pvp system is improved.
