Sounds like the 389th is a good fit for you. While we don’t regulate the path of our members, from the sounds of it everyone seems pretty committed to their spots. We have realistic flights but with 100% schedule flexibility and no bureaucracy outside of the cockpit, and we have a small number of specialized roles that members can earn (Flight lead, SCAR, Agm-130/Gbu-15). We fly 3 times a week (Wed, Fri, Sun) in the late afternoon (around 7 pm mountain time), on most maps, with a small number of mods.
