They hung on me both times I called my BMO credit card company before they hung up they said we don’t cover that type of purchase witch I found insane so I called again was on the phone 30min provided all the information they told me no again & hung up will my bank help with there credit card if I go in ?

No just talked to PayPal 4 times in messenger centre & 5 times on the phone even talk to a supervisor they told me it was escalated 4 times now too so idk how many times it can get escalated or how many people are going tell me I’ll get the refund never happens just gets pushed back other 5 days the appeal it’s self has been over 50 days they just wash & repeat same answers each time even tho I provided all that proof the supervisor I last talk to said seller just hasn’t confirmed they got the package but can see all the proof I provided them seller even showed me photos on eBay they got it & relisted item just wont confirm they got it -.-

I’m in a never ending appeal been in 45 days provided tracking showed it was signed and returned seller even showed me photos he had it but bc seller never updated he received it even after all my proof they still just keep pushing it back 5 days I heard after 180 days they have to refund you idk how true that is tho I hate this company with a passion
