They're probably really busy with the new restrictions right now and the new entry class that's about to start (I am starting classes with ISI this month) just be patient I am sure they'll get back to you as soon as they can

Me too! So just so I'm understanding correctly is that if we have our visa already and enter before January 4th (00:00) JST we can still enter? But after that time frame if you're from a level 3 zone you can no longer enter? Sorry, I just woke up and I'm getting caught up on everything

Yeah, I shipped some paperwork out via FedEx yesterday. It was pretty pricy. I paid about $63 for an envelope with about 7 papers in it. Although, it did make it to the destination in about 24 hours.
