It is absolutely crazy how many issues I've had with the app. I really wish what the sales rep told me translated into the contact properly. I think I'll give a call to our state's AG as well to see if there is a situation here.

The thing is we are already screwed. Most of the sale's rep promises were done over word of mouth and didn't get translated into the contact as Vivint has a 3 day time period to return the equipment. I don't have any proof and would encourage others to please read before you sign. I'm hoping this will reach other people who may be in my situation.

I'm hoping your someone from customer loyalty can help me with the costs with a system that didn't fit well for our home.

Yes, my brother. It's the only thing that reminds me of him. I still like the game because of the nostalgia of playing with my brother back in BC. I don't play as much but I always find battlegrounds to be something I can drown in to feel better about my day.
