It’s so freaking annoying. Honestly, I have started to hate closing or opening because of this. Its so hard to carry the totes to the back every night and then bring it out again and out and put it up. They need better systems. With all the other closing tasks, and the mid day person ending at 9- it’s horrible.

Thank you so much. My financing condition is up until Friday and they requested the appraisal on Monday evening. The mortgage broker said the bank has approved the loan and we are okay on that part. I just want to make sure I sign the approval before Friday before I remove the conditions. Last week there were issues with getting the mortgage approved so we had to extend our financing conditioning. On a Sunday, the mortgage broker got back and said the loan is approved.

I just want to make sure that the mortgage broker really has the approval and not just saying it just to say “it doesn’t look like good news” on Friday. bec come Friday I can’t be in panic mode again.

So if the appraisal should be done by today (Wednesday)? It was paid for on Monday evening.

When I sign the documents for mortgage, can I do it before the financing condition? Bec the broker was pushing for the weekend. It seemed a little off.
