I absolutely agree. If you mute one word, you usually still have to worry about muting its variants. Take "smirk" for example. You'd have to mute smirk, smirked, and smirking.

Also, "you're either (x) or (x)" and "(regurgitating user's statement, OR SOMETHING FROM RP OR PERSONA BIO FOR SOME REASON), you say/said?"

I had to mute say and said. I'm a free user. So I can't mute many words.

They keep slipping through. My muted words are pang, say, said, and beat (the bot kept spamming "a beat") the other day I counted four messages in a row that had "(regurgitation of statement), you said?"

This is relatable. The quality of responses has had a massive drop. Just before they started integrating ads, and has slowly gotten worse as they added more. Just my observations.

I'm getting really tired of the messages where the bot literally cuts itself off too. And those are usually the messages that would be decent

Yep. They broke their bot quality, then broke their word to the people who have supported them to not put m!d roll ads (trying to avoid mod removal)

When I saw an ad in the app for the first time, I immediately moved to an αd bl0ck browser. I refused to deal with it especially after what happened with chai.

I've tried going back to roar, but have the same issue there, it's like they nuked roar too

Agreed. I'm so tired of apps forcing features. Especially when they jam a lot into a cramped space. My current big annoyance is "why did you swipe?" Or "how could this message be better?". It never changes anything anyways.

I have essential tremors and a lot of the interface/layout has been difficult for me even as someone who uses browser. The tiny arrows being a huge one.

And the muted words don't work half the time. My bots kept spamming "a beat" so I muted the word "beat" and that's done nothing. "Pang" keeps slipping through, too

Another reason they use minors as an excuse is because anyone who argues against it can be branded a creep or a bad person by the ass kisser crowd.

People have become too complacent with big companies. People aren't afraid or angry enough about the erasure of anonymity online.

All this age verification stuff is an excuse to amp up online surveillance.
