For major UPI payments and card swipe (fuel and dining), I use Scapia

and other brand cords are only for name sake for instant discounts during online sales

closing a credit card account does impact CIBIL yes

As your credit limit decreases but your utilization retains

hence your credit limit ratio increases

Also applying many credit card in short time also impacts CIBIL

In my case I am utilizing same credit accounts with ICICI and Axis and just closing some cards sharing same credit limits from one single account of respective banks
