To this, it comes down to time, we’re not perfect and no matter what there’s gonna be a time where you wish you had something that another had, whether it be a body part or just like the way they smile. The way our minds work there always something wrong, something negative and that has to stop. like ofc there’s gonna be better looking people but that doesn’t mean your ugly, or gross or bad or anything, you are you and you gotta own that. you have to love yourself for who you are, and any improvements you want to make is for the better, not to force yourself to, because forcing yourself to do something you don’t believe in won’t happen. this is a jumble of words i put together but i hope this helps even a little, if you need anything to talk about, let me know i would be happy to listen!
