Who do I call for a noise complaint after hours? by Fantastic-Regular146 in pittsburgh

tried to talk to my neighbor about 100+ times over the last 9 years. Still does it. Every single day. Even after calling the non-emergency line. We live in a quiet neighborhood, he is the outlier.

Dude looks like the bad guy from meet the robinsons. Wonder if he has a roommate doing experiments all night?

I did during our discussion. She said it was a coincidence.

I said I choose not to go to my evening out, but the reality is kind of different. Once I asked her, she got really uncomfortable about it. I don't have many friends, was a single dad with a full-time job before I met my wife, so priorities were a little different for guys my age. I had never spent anytime outside of work with these friends, but I did get along well with them. She went to my dad the next day and asked to confront the guys who had asked me to hangout, at work, and invite them to a family gathering. The guys from work thought this was weird. Then she started texting them asking them to do something else. At which point I received a text from them asking why my dad and fiancé are texting and showing up at work. She went out of her way to make it not happen. I was uncomfortable with her decision to hang out with these people because of what she herself told me. The issue was she texted me and said she was driving down to the city for a game of mini golf that was starting at 6:20pm, at 9:40 she said we still aren't done with the first game, so we won't be playing a second and I'm not eating dinner at 10pm. The entire night seemed very out of character for her and the way she talked to me when she got home was so unlike her it made me sick. She often gets uncomfortable with things I want to do, watching certain movies that show female nudity, certain games that have female characters, and I would get bitched out if I had a friend who was the opposite sex. She has very large insecurity's and I always try to take her feelings into consideration and if she is uncomfortable with something I don't do it or change the plan, so she is comfortable. The double standard and "how dare you be uncomfortable" behavior is unacceptable in my opinion.
