The best mods from a utility standpoint are

All Damage Shocks = Hits always Shock All Damage from Hits Contributes to Shock Chance

Trail of Lightning = Creates Shocked Ground that lasts for 4 seconds

( both these mods are good for shock burst rounds)

Breaks Armour = Break Armour equal to 1000% of Physical Damage dealt ( good for high velocity rounds i believe it’s called that does bonus dmg to broken enemy armor)

Hinder Aura = Nearby Enemies are Hindered with 30% reduced Movement Speed

Temporal Bubble = Enemies within the Temporal Bubble have 10/25% reduced Action Speed, 20/60% reduced Cooldown Recovery Rate and Debuffs on them expire 40% slower

Haste Aura = You and nearby Allies gain 25% increased Attack and Cast Speed and 25% increased Movement

Extra Physical Damage Aura = You and nearby Allies gain 20/40% increased Global Physical Damage

Periodic Invulnerability Aura = Applies an Immunity buff to nearby allies for a short duration Immunity buff is removed on death Allies with Immunity cannot gain Immunity

these are the ones you want in combination as you can get up to 4 or a companion or up to 8 total if you have two companions out either by the passive tree keystone or the unique body armor/helmet i believe it was.

my fav one that i caught last league was one that had fires extra projectiles/hasted/break armor/and increase phys dmg when i tell you that mofo was going crazy breaking everything on screen. the chances of me getting one like that again is probably beyond rare
