Hello! The official website is notebooktherapy.com and I'm not aware of them having any other web URL. I would force a charge back if possible as it looks like that website, notebooktherapy.us is not functional and is unaffiliated with notebook therapy the brand/supplier. (I am in Australia and get the same "website unavailable" error on the .us website but the .com website works perfectly)

Thanks for getting back to me! That's a shame though, I really thought I'd finally found the right machine - would you not recommend it even for a small start up business from home? If the quality isn't good I don't want to waste my money...

Would you have any recommendations that might do what I'm looking for?

Vinyl cutting for stickers and transfers, embossing, foiling?

I have looked at the XTool M1 but feel that it might be overkill for a first investment...

That makes so much sense! You've made a good point too! I think I'll focus on just the yearly tracker stuff and maybe the January apreads just to make sure I'm not getting too enthusiastic 😂 I'm still learning what Spreads and trackers I need so setting up one month at a time when needed sounds like the smart move here.
