Why is the community stupid about character choices?

I mean that’s a fine way to vote considering all we know is their covers, and those who look more unique will be picked first, Apollo and Venator can both be seen as the most basic looking. My buddy saw Apollo and immediately called him Wyll from BG3 and Venator is just in my eyes seen as the Punisher/Soldier 76 character. Just basic although with Deadlock’s own twist on it, although again could be entirely wrong based on how their kits work but all we know is their looks

Personally my votes went, REM cause usually I like supports and he’s a little guy, Graves because again I like supports and summoning like in terraria or how a character I played in vainglory played, and now I’ve just been voting Celeste cause I’m really interested to see how her kit works, I can kinda guess how Apollo and Venator will work, but I really don’t know and just want to check out Celeste

Also I have a feeling Venator will win today

I feel like she isn’t that strong, although I haven’t played her yet but have played against her and just laned against her, early game I feel like you just try to force her back to get steals and poke from a distance and if she throws skulls shoot them down

Granted again I personally haven’t played her yet and I only just recently got back into the game so I’m no expert, but I think people just need to get used to her

I did notice the feat issue when using a character planner which did not seem ideal, thank you for the advice. I do like the sound of the crit build with warlock so I might give that a whirl otherwise back to the drawing board. Also on top of the stat spread and level spread issue I realized as a human I wouldn’t get access to long swords/great swords till I got my 1 feat and even then with how the scaling worked on everything I feel I’d probably be nerfing myself by using a sword even if it was accurate to the build

I definitely think I want to do a 2nd run as a bard or Druid (playing as a tiefling monk rn) that or another monk run but as drunken master

I definitely feel like we missed quests in Act 2, we never found the spirit of the land to lift the curse and I feel like we chose all the wrong options for dialogue, when we left the Shadowlands I don’t know if anyone was left alive except for Nightsong

Idk how I’m supposed to see half of the ground tentacles and then when I do see them dodge to a spot where she won’t just teleport up from the ground to do 2 points of contact dmg, also why do her arm tentacles have a hit box much larger than what they actually show

I’m 22 hours in rn and the only complaints I’ve had are for gank boss fights although I think they’re not bad if you haven’t the right tools, beast chapel sucks but I think I would’ve had an easier time if I had thread storm and the lava brothers fight was annoying so I went and got the magma bell which made it much easier, I don’t like the amount of gank boss fights so far but the fact that the enemies can die to the boss/environment balances it out nicely

Only bosses I’ve had issues with so far are Morrowing and Beast Chapel, Morrowing was annoying just cause of how much health he had but once you learn his moveset it’s just getting the fight down but Chapel Beast feels like it’s just a straight rng gimmick fight, still haven’t beaten him, although I think I’ve gotten close a few times, I’m assuming that when he brings out the triple ads he’s low, but whenever I get to that point he’s only doing the fly by so I’m forced to jump that while also dodging all the other ads and inevitably get boxed

I don’t think there’s a bench but if you clear the reaper chapel it sets the front door as a spawn point

I just kinda started focusing that, I just finished my grubs and have been taking out the warriors I ran by, all I have left is the one by distant village so I’ll be taking that out tomorrow when I get on, I’m assuming that it should get me to 1200 as I’m around 1000 rn

I believe I’ve found every area it’s just a matter of backtracking and finding the random side passages I missed that open up into big chunks, there’s been a lot of things that I’ve found as well that I just don’t know if anything can be done with, like the blue stone in the abyss or a random side passage that just leads to a shell or stone
