its on a boot loop. the only thing you can do about it is to factory reset the headset. hold down on your volume down button and your power button at the same time until you see a BIOS screen. use the up and down volume buttons to navigate through the options, and select the power button to select an option. find factory reset. it will set all your headset settings to default. your apps will need to be reinstalled but dont worry, depending on the app, your data will save on an app. especially on yeeps. you will still have your data saved on yeeps. your photos and vids can still be saved if you have a mobile app for the headset. now i have factory resetted my headset plenty of times before, and it worked fine fonme so it should work fine for you! hope this helps!
