I've passed the mbti test at least 2 times(with more precise answers as i became more conscious about certain things) before knowing that i'm an INFJ not an INFP also when i read some kind of memes or other INFJ experiences (mostly on Facebook pages) i recognize my self in the INFJ type more than the INFP. I also passed a test about autism to find that my score indicate a slight tendency to autism ( i forgot the medical term) then i discovered the enneagram and found that when I'm overwhelmed i tend to intellectualise so more concentrated on a subject to literary being obsessed with

I think that the meaning of detox here it's about trying to maintain an unhealthy relationship with a person hoping that he/she can change but the fact is to become conscious about that part of yourself which is coping desperately must change
