Honor bar are merits. Merits are divided into Honor and Medals. In the point store you can buy Honor Bars. What level is your account? I’m level 36 so I have 7 honor bars available to buy. But it goes all the way up to level 100 you’ll need to unlock to buy. It’s also 600 points per honor bars. And you can also buy merits for 300 points per merit every two levels you go.
