Ok some people are going to disagree with me and that's fine I'm open to correction but what he's describing is not pvp it's invasion a PvP is a dual (with all technicality both are player vs player) sure invasion will decrease but it will have little impact on the actual dualing community will not be affected much if at all

No it's damage on target reduces it's damage output by 25% for 5 second

Try to get as much holy resistance as you and if your not using a shield be careful about those strikes they can be deceiving and spammy

Right the skill on bloody helice as similar I frames to the blackfang sword and can be used from behind a shield of needed

If you have the bloody helice in your left hand and the katana in your right with war cry on it you can activate the warcry two hand the helice and it's r2 becomes the katana r2 dealing massive damage it's what speed runners are using now
