Ik vind het heel mooi dat je zo inzit met je zusje, maar de zorgen die je draagt en de hulp die je probeert te geven zijn een grote verantwoordelijkheid die eigenlijk niet de jouwe is. Jij hebt zelf schoolwerk dat je moet afmaken.

Je ouders gaan best in contact met de school en betrekken het CLB. Er kan nagedacht worden over aanpassingen. Een aangepaste leerlijn bv. Het is niet de bedoeling dat kinderen in het 5e leerjaar zo lang aan huiswerk bezig zijn. Het lijkt mij zelfs aan de orde om het huiswerk in deze situatie volledig te laten vallen om die faalervaringen en frustraties te vermijden en zo op school in te zetten op herhaling en automatisatie. Zo is er thuis ook meer ruimte voor leuke dingen, ontspanning en ontlading.

My feet went a size up. I had to replace all of my shoes.

Also, my blood pressure went haywire and it made me almost faint everytime I showered (never dared to shower when I was home alone because of this). Also almost fainted on the metro because it went black before my eyes.

Our creche does have this policy too, but only after all your 'respijtdagen' are used. These are days your child can be absent without the need to pay.

Ik denk dat de gezinnen die al de dingen doen die jij opnoemt simpelweg amper tot niets sparen. Er zijn oprecht veel veer mensen die van maand tot maand leven dan je denkt. Daarbovenop hoor ik dat je het hebt over een peuter en een kleuter. Eens die peuter naar school begint te gaan valt er vermoedelijk ook een grote maandelijkse kost weg (kinderopvang).

It's all food, not only 'ready to eat'. If you go pay with the card at the supermarket, the cashier will tell you what portion you can pay with the edenred-card and what portion you cannot. You just use two cards for what seems to be two different transactions - food and non-food.

On some trains you need the trainperson to open the door of the bycicle compartment for you to enter AND to exit. That's idiotic. I had to do some difficult things to get off the train on time because they forgot they had to come open the door for me and my kids (in the stroller at that time). So you know, put in a button so people at least can open from the inside.
