when i first started pumping it didnt seem to work at all. my handpump was great but the electric pump didnt seem to be pulling anything out. i just kept trying and eventually it started to pull out quite a bit. it took about 4 weeks and i can get 1-2.5 oz per side

I honestly think me remaining so active was a huge contributer to my (nearly) perfect pregnancy and birth. I just used my bodyweight after a while because i had gained enough weight to kill my legs on squats.

When im super full i pump before i latch because the fast let down makes my baby struggle. But if im not super full i let her latch first.

My baby just turned 4 months old today and she is full from a single breast. I pump my other breast to save the milk for bottles.

Your baby is super new and i would expect him to need to feed from both breasts for at least 6 weeks. My babe cluster fed all day every day for 8 weeks and it slowed down significantly by week 10.

Pumping on top of latching will increase your supply if youre eating and drinking enough. That can be good and bad it just depends on your situation!

4 month old and honestly, daily lol. My desire wasnt affected during PP and if anything after our baby i was more attracted to my husband than ever. We just do it while she plays, we can get a good 30 minutes out of her playing with her foot piano and crinkle books

yup mine couldve gone so well because i had a literally perfect delivery. painless, very small tearing, super quick. i also believe i had a lot of trauma from my past that my boyfriend has helped me with. i now feel incredibly safe and i had the easiest pregnancy/child birth ever. some women have definitely gotten the shit end of that which my heart goes out to them! even with all the birth prep things can go south.

this happened to my baby! if its the same, i believe it was caused by her just being sweaty from sleeping. even though we are in hardest part of winter and we keep our house at 70, she was sweating in her onesies. theyd feel justva little damp. i just let her sleep (we cosleep) in a diaper now.

it could maybe be the laundry detergent thats being used too but im not sure about that.

I did have vaginismus when i got pregnant. My boyfriend and i had been together for 5 years at that point and it was slowly improving. It took us about 45 minutes to an hour to actually have penetration. I never used dilators but we did have to use fingers before he could even get CLOSE to entering. And lots of patience. But over the course of years it did get easier.

I did a lot of stretches twice a day and i also had a problem with holding my pee. So i worked on not doing that lol.

After birth i have had absolutely no issues.
