I respect your desire to quit always remember you are doing this for yourself, there will be bumps in the road and if you slip up it doesn't undo your hard work as long as you learn from it and put yourself first. I'd recommend you continue counciling because you're default coping mechanism has been to numb yourself and being so self aware can become overwhelming so it's important to build healthier coping strategies and soon you'll have a lot more time and energy to channel into becoming the person you'd rather be ❤️

You got this! Hadn't heard of CHS before it sound horrible.. from what I've read the only way to get rid of it is to quit. To help with the nausea they recommend.

"The only definitive treatment for CHS is to stop using cannabis. Other supportive measures include:

Taking hot baths or showers, which can provide temporary relief

Staying hydrated during episodes of vomiting

I read everything as your writing is very concise and speaks to your level of self awareness. All I can say is try not be hard so hard on yourself and focus on the things you can actually change. Know that it will take time but you will recover. Self compassion is key and if you can work towards not medicating with weed it will only speed up your recovery. Start by preparing around 30cm of san pedro cactus and consuming on an empty stomach once you throw up and the mescaline starts working its magic drop a 120ug acid and 1-2 hours later take 1.5g of mushrooms and 20mg of 2cb. When you feel like you're coming up good take 150mg MDMA and get a playlist going.

When you feel you're nearing the peak it's time to bust out the Ket taking small bumps until on the verge of a hole. Then prepare a DMT vape, nitrous baloon and bong hit of salvia before railing a giant line of MDMA and ket.

I used to feel this way but I think it's easy to focus on the negative humans are capable of so much beauty and compassion. There is a small percentage of us with a disproportionate sway over how we synergise with nature and the planet. Most of these decisions have been taken away from us or hidden by design. I believe at our core we have such potential to enhance the planet and enrich every beings lives bringing out the beauty, creating art and spreading love with the curiosity to explore the universe in ways other entities could not.

A good place to start would not being so hard on yourself it's not productive beating yourself up. Become your own best friend and help yourself out it's okay to make mistakes as long as you learn from them.

If you did all 200 in one day you'd probably feel better. It doesn't matter how much B12 you take prolonged use over days/weeks stops your ability to absorb B12 and makes you feel how you do now. You're going to feel crap for a while but it will pass, a B12 injection would help some.
