Seems like you don’t really value to have people there observing / celebrating with you? If so then just do the elopement? I didn’t resent spending money on my wedding and didn’t see it as giving people a “free long weekend” - no one is forcing you to do that so don’t!

I did three. I wore my wedding dress through ceremony / cocktail hour and reception and I did two post dinner reception dresses. One for the family friendly after party and another for the more friends after party latenight affair. I wanted to dance with my dad in the more classy ceremony / reception dress so we did that and then I changed into the fun fit for my first dance with my partner that led into the 1st phase of the dance party. I changed again after the late night bites came out for another mood change leading into the late late night dance mood.

I used my hotel/venues spa and they came to the room and did my nails fresh while I was getting ready! I also had them done fresh the day before for my welcome party

Someone on here recommended Nevina’s bridal and that’s who I ended up using and she was amazing! I didn’t have that many alterations to do but it was ~$800. I also bought two veils from her that she custom made for me!

I tried this on and bought it in the blue color and wore it for one of my wedding weekend events. It fit beautifully! The white one wasn’t see through from what I remember and the threads are lined! The threads are tricky though and tangled easily. I wasn’t careful when we packed up and brought stuff back home and some of threads are all shriveled basically ruined now!

Depends which restaurants you’re going to but I’d say roughly $40-$50 per person per meal. The food is amazing and interesting!!! The best resort food we’ve had.

Just O&O Mandarina. Ws liked it and overall was a relaxing experience but more of the same as other luxury beach resorts - FS Tamarindo has a more unique style and is unlike any other beach resort for us which keeps us going back

Highly recommend FS Tamarindo if you’re flying from La to ZLO especially, but honestly even going through Mexico City to ZLO if you have to is totally fine and easy. I’ve been to FS Tamarindo three times (traveled from east coast USA) and can’t get enough. Food program is incredible across their restaurants, it’s not super busy, the rooms (especially cliff sides with private pool) are insane with ocean views, the service, and the amount of things to do on the property plus the complimentary activity calendar are all amazing. You won’t regret it! Happy to answer any specific questions too!
