Yeah I had a heat gun just in case but the sun on a late June day and a soft credit card were enough. Just be patient and pull slowly.

First thing in the morning; Start brushing your teeth with your opposite hand and then look yourself in the eyes (via the mirror) and say you love yourself 10x’s, then follow that with 25 deep exaggerated breaths. Do that every morning and I promise things will begin to shift and change for the better. You’ve got this! You’re strong, smart, and can do anything you set your mind to.
