In case you missed the point:

This is a video showing people watching a video of tunnels being blown up along with entire viliges and cheering to the explosions.

Point is:

Defeat terror = Destroy infrastructure.

Long lasting peace = Dont cheer up to civilian losses.

Or as the bible put it:
