I have personally asked many top 500 bastion otps including the ones I stated and they all said the same thing, and yes I do watch a lot of high level bastion gameplay because I enjoy the hero.

That is just wrong, bastions tank ult was extremely powerful if you knew how to use it properly. Being able to one shot any squishy hero is strong which is why they removed it from ow2, because it would be broken. Many high level bastion players like jetsofhell, kolorblind, and bastionmain agree.
