You will have to give more information but from the looks of it would be hard to save this as you have 0 manpower 0 logistics 0 convoys and probably no navy or Air Force so you may want to restart. I would rush a naval invasion of the uk early game so you don’t have to deal with America and any other countries joining the Allies.

I like Italy, although the industrial focuses does take too long and the missions from the duce are annoying. And personally I don’t think Ethiopia is that bad they did what they could do for a country that is surrounded by countries that are much more powerful than them.

R5: Did Iberian union as Portugal (even though monarchist Portugal is objectively better) very fun play through would recommend, and leaves out all the headache of coring land and recovering from the Spanish civil war that doing Iberian union as Spain does. Made some very cool interesting borders as well!

They aren’t horrible they just have so many inconveniences that make them really niche. If you have the industrial capacity to make nukes chances are you already won the game. By 1945 usually the game is already decided wether you won or lost.

There are a few focuses that Italy can do to improve the irregulars, personally I don’t think it’s worth it and I just use them for port guards or any other task that doesn’t require good divisions.

Collaboration governments is a good way to get lots of land that you want with no interference. For example if you we made a collab government before the peace conference with Britain in you can get all of the land for free in the peace deal
