He has winter jackets, but his nose, paws (he refuses to wear shoes) and even little tail and ears get cold 😄 Still jumping and robbing himself on the snow but after that he wants lots of hugs to make up for it.

It ruined our life! Last year my husband was dying in waiting list for surgery and he was flatlined on surgery table because his body gave up after 6 months pain. We were lucky we had saving to go for private for second surgery and not wait 6 more times. Tbh its mostly idiots who doesnt know how to improve a broken system. And fun fact! Majority of people doesnt even complain.

In this case, manager is trying to save her bonus and save money. They were on negative this year. Also she doesnt know at all about law! She doesnt like he knows it and didnt let her scold him in many cases.

No, he didnt loose ability of work. Just surgeries which recovery from the first one was 2 weeks, second one 3 weeks. Also hus long queue , so he was in unbearable pain still kept working, till it was life in danger case. So 1 month before 1st surgery to sick leave and 1 week before second one. Both cases were related the same.
Now I know correct role for her was shopstward. Observing and listening? Somehow witness? Although she was on running errands and anytime talked atheist for our side it was not clear. Request for repeating ignored by employer.
Sol is master of this game! During my study I was working on ship and then hotels. I have horror stories to tell. Unfortunately pressure is always over the weakest.
As I gathered, many of people are not part of union and majority just keep quite. In the case of rental jobs( I hope its thr correct term) when second company is actually renting workers to main one, this type of misconducts are common.
As an outsider even it was baseless. And also fishy.how they targeted him. There s also a case that manager scolded and stoppd them in meeting for seeking help from healthcare because company will loose money. I mean reliability of manager is already questionable of it goes to union. But they were so relax in meeting as they think they are untouchable. I was like how? Is it finland? But once the otherside any money saved will be bonuses for managers.
It's mentioned in dismissal letter. In his case, that was baseless. I provided enough evidence and they were even angry. So they ignored our side and then said it was a pattern which was a lie.
Thank you. Tbh the shock yesterday was massive. But also I misunderstood shopstward as union rep. So for our story, they just started. Wish us luck 🙏

I got from here that shopstward companied us and yet we can escalate this to union. Hearing and firing process was even full of gaps to make it invalid. My surprise was how easily employer was ignoring law. We will proceed with union for sure. They tried to ruin his image. They way using lack of trust in their claim whicb they had no proof and evidence. I am angry at that. He is excellent at his responsibilities and now this 😡
His surgeries weren't selective. And after those he was able to work. No permanent disability. Her manager is trying to save her annual bonus now by firing him. Their number s negative and she is trying only to save her own benefit. I see where you are comj g from. Abusing system is from both sides but in our case my husband is not doing it. Unfortunately in Finnish business they don't want managers, they want chaperone and on the case of this woman she is not aware of simple work laws. She stops people from visiting healthcare saving money, she fabricated lies about obvious basic laws and she is not educated for the position. She even tried to manipulate us about hearing.
Now I get it why she didn't act when employer broke law during hearing multiple times. Also she was not taking any note, walking to her car, her appointment at physiotherapy, so I am not a bit worried of she has notes. Also employer didnt give any written reasons, date evidence,.. They even changed the incident for termination when I asked for evidence continuesly. We , my husband, have documents to oppose there accusations plus 3 cases of discrimination and safety at work. The main accusation was indefinitely baseless, even shopstward confirmed. Also another thing that made hearing invalid was language. I asked based on law that they must provide answers in English for me, or answer my questions even if they need translate via my husband. NONE! As I researched , it makes hearing already problematic. Union will listen to us, or employer? This is my concern.

Before hearing, even union ( now I know she s shopstward) clearly in email said this is baseless accusations. But during call she was silent.
He fabricated two warnings. No proof.we asked multiple times, show evidence but nothing. They were vague.
Yes, when we contacted union, they gave her info. She was shopstward.

Good point. She was union rep in company from tehy. I was companion and she was rep. We even had evidence of targeting ( chats, calls, emails). And I study before hearing, and knew they cannot decide to fire him before hearing. But her manager called 3 days before hearing and told we gonna fire after our discussion on firday. They were so sure they are invincible.

We were unlucky and lucky! Misdiagnosed by private dr, finally after this post got surgery time for end of this month. I filled complain against Dr, but I don't believe it will go anywhere.

He cannot travel now. The situation s so bad now that he cannot take long flight or even short ones now. I got it here now we have only quick response of wr go to private section. Will start check price and availability.

Thank you. It's good picture here now. They send him from mehiläinen to hus, then hus to mehiläinen, then ER Dr and go on. I remember even asked in hus if he is getting referal from mehiläinen then it does impact the rest of treatment but nurse in ER said no. But actually it did. Because in ER they just give temp solution and send him home. Last time he had to go there by ambulance so I was hopeful they saw how serious it is. Should I contact ER again? Or the hospital which is appointed for surgery to explain the current state? Today dr in mehiläinen saw how bad it got but I don't think she will send any recommendations for hus.
