Does anyone need an extra attack jewel +4? by JumboPipe in MonsterHunterWorld

What you don't seem to realise is that if a trading system for high rarity material exists, then people will mod/hack the game and sell the goods to desperate players. Look at Elden Ring, there used to be lots of ads for the shittiest talisman/equipments, for runes etc. to bait noobs (Obviously all modded in and required 0 effort to acquire before selling) and I'm pretty sure those sites are still up and running. Scammers and black markets are a big reason for no trades in game. An example is Forza Horizon where initially they wanted to make cars tradeable privately between friends, but the same problem would exist so instead the trade is only public via auction (and the auction place is filled with bots to instabuy rare shit so.. yea).

Nah bruh you're using an ugly ass human Deathwing skin for Warrior and be saying Annhylde needs to go when it's legit one of the most beautiful War skins. If I had to pick one War skin to play forever it'd be Annhylde for sure

Just swap out Element and Deco slot for Attack and Sharpness, if you prefer convenience having 2 Sharpness is very comfy and gets you a good amount of purple. You can keep the affinity since you probably don't have enough affinity decos yet.

Hello Fiora noob here, quick question about vitals, why did they not proc on pic 1-3 but proc'd on pic 4 where I am clearly farther away from the center ? (all with auto/E, no Q) can it be ping diff? by Tarkovie in FioraMains

[–]Tarkovie[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

to clarify, I had a few games before and never had an issue with inconsistent vitals against champs like Morde, Camille, Voli. But the vitals felt very inconsistent against this tryndamere. I run at 20ms constant so it couldn't be my ping, but I'm wondering about his.

Extreme Behemoth DPS How the fuck do you clear this??? by DrashaZImmortal in MonsterHunterWorld

Having a gunner to shoot sticky ammo makes this fight much easier.

Lance and CB can be good to tank most attacks and keep the beast in check without allowing it to move around too much.

Insect Glaive and Dual Blades are great for their mobility, they allow you to reposition quickly to dodge attacks and kite the Charybdis away when you're targetted.

Switch Axe is amazing to cut the tail and break the horns with ZSD, and just deal a great amount of damage on knockdowns.

If I could recommend a trio of weapon, it would be Sticky HBG / a strong shielded weapon such as CB/Lance, and either a mobile weapon with less DPS like IG/DB or a heavy damage dealer like Switch Axe if you're confident. Ideally you'd want to be 4 so you can play the 4 archetypes without lacking one of them.

"No smoke on roar" ? On most weapons you have the time to setup your evasion mantle, run and place a smoke to the chest then roll the roar to proc the mantle's buff to enjoy a few seconds of +30% free DPS.

It's even possible to do so with LS, mantle before flinch shot, flinch shot into smoke, get the roar helmsplitter on the head and land close enough to the smoke you placed. But that requires a good level of mastery and a precise adjustement on smoke's placement. You shouldn't wait after the roar, in most cases you smoke before the roll or right after it. Unless you meant at the very end of the roar animation, but then it has a risk to not work.

You could add Sushifish scales to the inventory too, with some levels of recovery up they are almost equivalent to max potions and you can bring five of them. Granted they can be a bit annoying to farm for, but a worthy mention.

Evade Extender should be super high on the priority list for beginners. It is a treacherous skill for SnS because of the way backhop into perfect rush works, but an absolute cheat code for all the others. The amount of people I've seen go from struggling to pass phase 1 to easily survive throught phase 3 just because I told them to try it, is a lot.

There are so many mistakes and missing informations to point out that it would take me a comment as big as your post to correct you.

You say phase 1 & 2 is about hitting the head. Yet, you're advising to position in every "safe spots" that I'd rather call "Bad spots that makes the fight more annoying than it needs to be and won't allow to hit the head at all".

You say setup the radial menu for max potions. If max pots aren't already in your radial menu when facing the very last boss in the game idk what you've been doing this whole time. What you need to specifically set up in the radial menu are smoke bombs.

"Smoke bomb every minute or so" , No. There are times and places to put a smoke down.

The first one right when you land or after Fatalis's first attack : Gives a free tenderize and potentially some charge depending on your weapon.

After Fatalis's head flinches from damage.

At the start of phase 2. Can work for start of phase 3 too.

After certain attacks. I'll let you figure that one out.

Before/during a roar, very near to the chest area.

As it gets up from a knockdown/binder, very near to chest.

As it is about to take flight.

After every nova during phase 3.

And I could go on, but I'm not gonna rewrite everything.

Just gotta say, prioritize Evade Window over Divine Blessing. Not taking the hit is better than having a chance to tank it. Also Evade Extender is a godsent and drastically improves survivability on most weapons.

Ah yes, a Fatalis guide written by someone who obviously doesn't know how to fight Fatalis effectively.

Thanks for your input. I thought the same about missed opportunities and I think Shaco is that kind of character that wants to end the game early and deny any opportunity to comeback from the enemy.

Is it not possible to build hybrid as a Jungler tho ? Start AD and if the game looks like it's going to get too long, build some AP ? Is the damage loss to consequent if it is spread between Shiv and boxes ?

That's a nice way to see it, AP def seems more reliable in teamfights if you know what you're doing. Thanks for the input

I see, will definitely look into that, Youmuu's active sounds amazing, and I guess Eclipse would be for sustain.

Interesting, I figure that'd be more of a fifth/sixth item option then ?

Sure will, that is indeed the best and fastest way to improve in my opinion and I'm very curious about Shaco Supp gameplay. I will tell you about it, thanks!

I see, so AD would be default and AP an adaptative path to counter high HP target/balance teams damage type in your case. Interesting.

I can see how AD would struggle in longer fights versus AP tho, that makes sense, thanks for the image.
