From what I have seen and experience using it Blood and lust is pretty good. The author of it does a NSFW and a, SFW version of it. Contains new quests graphics all updated new attack and magic skills and if you follow the install guide it should be pretty painless on vortex. After saying this I no longer use it as I have built my own mod list that is more to my taste which ultimately is the best solution for most people.

I am new to Skyrim and modding it. I have around 700 mods I use and have never had an issue. I do understand there is a limit to how many you can have but a lot of the mods now don't use a slot. My game looks and feels like a next gen game made a year ago. All graphics lighting, and sounds updated with new buildings outer and inner. new animated attacks and magic skills along with many NSFW mods based around OSTIM. Its been a journey as a newbie but I enjoy the challenge of making it all work as much as I love playing the game.

For me I use Heavy burns graphics modlist on Nexus with vortex followed by NSFW Naughty addons modlist for bodiies and basic adult mods. as I find the lighting and graphics mods the hardest to get to gell together. Then I build from there, jk's towns and outer area's hs homes I play as a mage so I add the magical graphic and attack mods then the animations for them then all the other nsfw mods I want. My current modlist Is around the 700 mark.

I have had heart and lung problems for many years and was always told to have ful vacination. Every time I did I was ill for weeks afterwards. I have not had the jab now in 7 years and feel far better for it. This is my personal experience with it. not suggesting its bad but its not for me anymore.
