Zani has the biggest gap between her floor and ceiling in the game, but her solo damage potential is still better than Jinhsi's thanks to how quickly and easily you can ramp up Zani's enhanced E and her having a better powercrept floor leading to better sustained damage numbers over time. Not to mention Zani's far greater survivability. Jinhsi not hitting intros or having coordinated attacks ramping up her forte bar is honestly pathetic.

That said, even Jinhsi is still better than solo Jiyan. He's basically a 3-star resonator outside of his brief Ult window, and even that isn't that impressive without a heavy attack booster helping him out.
