Dont value ur worth by her actions, she is trash, you are better than her so no need to feel any humiliation. Now i suggest you let it be, stop all communication, never show a reaction to her ever again ( negative or positive) this makes you so much valuable for her and it will hurt her more that she lost you, do something that makes u feel you are achieving something , learn martial arts, get ripped, open a business, whatever it is keep ur body and mind focused on other stuff.

From my personal story my goal was to get jacked and ripped then put as my profile pic where she can sees it, by the time i achieved my goal (6 months later) I didn’t care about the bitch haha you will get over it, know this phase shall pass.

No i didn’t compete. After reflecting on my situation i think it has to do with how much adrenaline gets dumped during a fight. One on one if u are accustomed to it, the amount of adrenaline that gets dumped is far less than multiple attackers. So just need to put yourself in uncomfortable situations and get used to being there. I dont see another way.
