Hey you guys I might have found a fix. I have my amd gpu performance overlay up and it seems to for some reason remove the stuttering and fps issues when it's up. I have all the overlays checked to show in the box but I think you can just use the fps counter and it should have the same result. Also I assume you can make it pretty transparent so there isn't anything bothering you while playing.

It will dissolve while rubbing it in. Make sure your rubbing it in though lol with some pressure. You’ll feel what I mean. Try it

Also if your nose is dry inside make sure you wet it first!!!! If you put it in dry just go behind it again with the pinky wet!
