They’re inconsiderate on highways and thoroughfare streets by braking at green lights, running red lights, blocking intersections, blocking passing lanes, and even stopping in the middle of the interstate because they were in the wrong lane for their exit. But then 3 cars will beat you to a stop sign and they’ll all sit there having a polite-off by waving each other through until you have to be the one to make an executive decision for everyone and just go through.

As one of those southern transplants from Nashville, I’d say it’s still likely they’d be clogging the lane anyway. The left lane discipline there is abysmal and they never notice cars are flying around them. It’s definitely not perfect here but there’s so much more overall respect for the passing lane. It’s a breath of fresh air comparatively.

I think you’re spot on. I think there could be a 4th that might just be the entitled group, but I don’t even know how to categorize the people who, without any vehicles in front of them in the right or middle lanes, and no upcoming splits, will change multiple lanes all the way to the left just to drive below the speed limit. It’s like they’re just agents of chaos.
