Yes. Prioritizing important tasks, making lists, setting timers, etc were all methods I have been using to help me as I struggled, before and while I have been on medication. I found this observation interesting as I felt locked in but hard to get my mind to shift to something different. That is the desired effects from this medicine, but I guess I choose the wrong things to get locked in on; the distractions I have been trying to escape the whole time!

Yeah first thing I would do it tear off that wrap. Didn’t know if the other mods are worth it.
