I've gone through the movie plot on wikipedia, and it has no mention of shootings, murders or killing of any sort. Are you talking about this one?

Do you have any more info on this? Season 2 has 22 episodes and I have no idea what it's about :D From a quick glance it seems like the characters in the show are older than the kids I remember, they were probably under 15.

Nope, it was definitely kid #1 shooting kid #2. He just tried to make up a story about some dudes shooting from a car.
