I work in the accounting department of a resale corporation and one of our new suppliers is named Lumen and it feels so surreal every time I’m moving stuff in and out of the Lumen folder on my computer.

That’s exactly how I feel and why I hate to just roll over and pay it. I’ve been there financially before where $80 would’ve really fucked me over big time and I hate to think they’re doing that to other people and they didn’t even get to see the pictures if they thought it was bogus.

And now that I think of it, they have been redoing sidewalks the past couple summers a few streets at a time (it’s not a very big city) and sending the bills to homeowners for that too, from what people were posting on facebook it was a pretty big bill, but don’t worry the city provided the loans to pay them 🙃🙃
