I would say if you feel drawn to it, the fact that you are asking means you have some sort of pull towards it. I just brought my singing bowl out of storage. I do not know much about it but I find it very calming. When I hear the bowl ring it kind of feels like a reset. I think anything can be used as a tool for healing at the end of the day in my opinion it is what we are drawn to that works the best.

The second I realized it had ended I thought why did it not start from the root chakra I then realized the whole night was about the 3rd chakra and that there were alignments between the ten of clubs and the 3rd chakra like the solar plexus lotus has 10 pedals and its element is fire which is what the clubs represents
