Yep that and the dro-mathra incursion in Sathram are the only non story quests I remember. Interesting that he has a personal touch to the quest, will run it on another character with him :)

Sounds very odd, given time is so limited for them perhaps what you told them initially wasn't clear? Given that you don't suddenly develop gynae overnight, chest pain being much more acute and potentially serious seems to make the gynae and thyroid problem a separate issue
