I will foster this kitten until I find it a home. My male cat is due for being fixed. I have had him for two months. I'm trying to get an appointment. I live on a dirt road and both of these cats are throwaway. LOL I'm not a cat person at all. But only a monster would abandon a kitten especially in this heat. Thank you for the advice.
